This Japanese grilled soy furikake is a practical and tasty seasoning that can transform a simple bowl of rice into a flavourful dish. By mixing it directly with hot rice, it adds a flavour reminiscent of grilled rice (yaki onigiri), ideal for varying everyday meals.

Usage tips

For 1 bowl of hot rice (about 320g), add about 9 to 10g of product (1 heaped tablespoon), mix gently then let it rest slightly before tasting.

For about 2 bowls of rice, use 1 heaped tablespoon. It is recommended to use a large container to facilitate mixing.
