📦 Order

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible. If the package has already been shipped, refuse it or return it for a refund (excluding return shipping costs).

Can I add items to my order once it has been confirmed?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to add the items. Contact us promptly.

Can I gift an order to someone?

Yes, you can have an order delivered to a different address and name.

I did not receive the correct product

Please contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number.

An item is missing from my order


If a product is out of stock, it will be automatically removed and refunded. For large quantities of missing items, we will contact you to adjust the order.

The product received is damaged, what should I do?

Contact us immediately and prepare:

  • Your order number
  • Name of damaged product
  • Detailed photos of the product, carrier label and package
  • Item code and quantity

What cards can I use to pay on KIOKO?

We accept the following cards:

Why didn't my card work?

Contact your bank directly. Common reasons include: limit reached, online or international payment block, etc.

Can I register with Japanese characters?

No. Please use only alphabetic characters to ensure proper delivery (no Kanji, Hiragana, Katakana).

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Use the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page to receive a reset link by email.

🎁 Loyalty program

How do rewards work?

We use a loyalty points system. For every euro spent (excluding delivery costs), you earn 1 point. From 100 points, you can exchange it for a €5 voucher, 200 points for €10, and so on.

How do I access my rewards?

Log in to your account and click the red "Rewards" button at the bottom right of your screen.

How to create a discount coupon?

Once logged in, click on "Rewards" > "How to redeem points" > "Redeem" then select the amount to redeem in increments of 100 points.

How to use a discount coupon?

Once your voucher is created, click on "Rewards" > "Your Rewards" to apply it directly or copy the code to use at checkout.

Important: Vouchers are only valid on our website, not in physical stores.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 2 to 4 business days after receipt of payment.
Delivery times then depend on the carrier selected:

  • Colissimo : 2 to 4 working days
  • Mondial Relay : generally 3 to 6 working days
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver to most European countries. Delivery costs depend on the weight of your order and the destination.

Can I choose my delivery method?

Yes. We offer:

  • Colissimo (home delivery)
  • Mondial Relay (relay point)

Deliveries are managed by our logistics partner Wing.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you upon shipment.

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

If you have not received your package, you can contact the carrier concerned directly:
Colissimo : via your post office or their tracking site
Mondial Relay : at the chosen relay point or their customer service

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, this is not mandatory. You can complete your purchase as a guest.

Creating an account, however, allows you to:

  • Track your orders more easily
  • Access your purchase history
  • Earn loyalty points with every order

Can I pick up my order on site?

Yes, on-site collection is possible from our warehouse, located at the following address:

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know you can pick it up.

Do all your products come from Japan?

The majority of our products are imported directly from Japan. Some may come from other Asian countries or be made locally depending on availability, but always respecting the authenticity of Japanese cuisine.

Do you offer halal/vegetarian/gluten-free products?

Some products may be suitable for specific diets, but we advise you to check the product sheets or contact us if you have any doubts.

How to store the products?

Storage instructions are indicated on each product. As a general rule, store them in a cool, dry place. Fresh products should be refrigerated upon receipt.
