Wakame seaweed ochazuke

Place a small amount of rice in a bowl, sprinkle with 3 to 4 g (2 teaspoons) of this product, then add hot water. For extra flavor, you can add wasabi or ginger. It is also possible to add the preparation alone to hot water to make a wakame seaweed soup.
