Noda Miso Tamari Shoyu

Japanese tamari soy sauce made from soy miso produced without wheat, using only soybeans and salt. The liquid naturally extracted during miso fermentation ("miso-damari") gives it a rich umami flavor and a slightly thicker texture than classic soy sauce.

This tamari sauce is perfect with sashimi, sushi, simmered dishes, marinades, teriyaki, and many other Japanese recipes.
