Neba Toro Mix

It is a mixture of dry and viscous ingredients, composed of three varieties: Hokkaido kelp "nekoashi kombu", mekabu and okra. By rehydrating them with water, you can fully appreciate the viscous and creamy texture specific to each of these ingredients.
