It is a sukiyaki sauce made with light soy sauce (usukuchi shōyu) as a base, enriched with the refined sweetness of Japanese sake and a fermented rice-based seasoning, to enhance the flavor of the meat. Even after long cooking, it remains soft and tasty until the last bite. Thanks to its light soy sauce base, it is also perfect for easily preparing Kansai-style stews, giving them a beautiful color.
