Furifuri furikake Bonite
FURIFURI Bonite is a furikake-type seasoning inspired by Japanese tradition, highlighting the intense umami of dried bonito (katsuobushi). Wild bonito is smoked and dried in Brittany using traditional methods, from sustainably certified fishing.
This preparation also combines kombu seaweed cultivated in Brittany in a protected natural park. This seaweed is recognized for its natural richness in umami and adds depth to culinary preparations.
The texture is complemented by the crunch of millet and sesame, while a touch of parsley adds a light vegetal note that balances the whole. This blend of seaweed, dried fish, and seeds creates a rich-tasting and easy-to-use daily seasoning.
Bonito furikake is simply sprinkled over many dishes: Japanese rice, poke bowls, stir-fried vegetables, homemade purees, salads, or even fish and tofu. It quickly adds an umami flavor and a slightly crispy texture to preparations.
This bonito and kombu furikake is a versatile condiment inspired by Japanese cuisine, ideal for enhancing everyday dishes with balanced marine and vegetal flavors.
