Wakashika Jōsen sake is a premium regular sake served in a beautiful glass decorated with a Bambi illustration. This sake is made from rice grown in Fukui Prefecture, with a 70% rice polish. This attention to rice quality gives the sake a delicate texture and subtle aromas that enrich the tasting experience.



With an alcohol content of 15% and a dry taste, Wakashika Jōsen offers a refined experience, ideal for sake lovers. To fully enjoy it, it is recommended to serve it chilled, between 5 and 10°C, at room temperature, or slightly warmed to around 40°C. For those who prefer warmer sake, a temperature of around 50°C is also a pleasant option.
