This seasoned vinegar is specially formulated to make delicious sushi rice in no time. Simply pour it directly over hot rice and mix well for perfectly seasoned rice, perfect for your homemade sushi.

Versatile, this vinegar can also be used as a seasoning for Japanese vinegar dishes (sunomono) and fresh salads, bringing an authentic and tangy touch.

Directions for use: Pour about 2 tablespoons (30 ml) over 320 g of hot rice (about 1 cup of cooked rice) for optimal taste.
