The "Whole Kinako" used in this product is made from organic soybeans grown in the Hokkaido region, then roasted over direct heat with the skin on by experienced artisans at the Kinako workshop in Onomichi. It contains absolutely no unnecessary additives and is certified as a "JAS Organic" product. The slightly sweet taste and roasted flavor of Kinako blend perfectly with the sourness of the yogurt. The subtle sweetness and delicate aroma permeate the mouth, while the slightly grainy texture of Kinako and the smooth sweetness of the yogurt create a pleasant balance. Kinako also pairs very well with banana.
