Udon Wheat Noodles

Marufuji udon noodles are a KIOKO classic at an affordable price.

For about 2 people, soup is sold separately.

Use

• Immerse the noodles in a large quantity of boiling water (for 1 bag of noodles, allow approximately 3 liters of water).
• Stir occasionally and cook the noodles over high heat for about 10 minutes.
• Clean the noodles well in water.
• Arrange the noodles in a bowl and serve with a soup base.

Suggestion: you can add seasonal vegetables, chopped leek, chili, spices...

Caution: If you overcook, or use lukewarm water, the noodles will lose their taste and flavor.
