Junmai Daiginjo Katana

"Masamune", the name of this sake, which is due to the famous blacksmith who created swords with legendary sharpness, refers to the character of this sake. "Katana" is a Junmai Daijginjo made from Shizukuhime rice, a local variety of Ehime Prefecture. The design of the bottle evokes a sword: the "katana" masamune.
