This special edition features a colorful and vibrant label featuring "Harimotoyabashi" standing on the famous Harimaya Bridge, with the iconic neon sign of Tosatsuru Brewery in the background.

This chilled sake is a true expression of the new production, stored at sub-zero temperatures to preserve its freshness, authentic aroma, and delicate flavor. Ideal for accompanying meals, this sake has a "slightly light and slightly dry" profile that perfectly complements fish dishes, particularly horse mackerel tataki seasoned with seasonings or salt-grilled ayu, with its toasted and refined taste.
