Takikomi Gohan Musenmai Hijiki

This rice is made from Koshihikari grown in Shibata, Niigata Prefecture, by a company within our group. Since it's a no-rinse rice, there's no need to wash it. Simply add water, your favorite seasonings, and ingredients to easily make your own version of takikomi gohan (Japanese seasoned rice)!
