Morita Concentrated White Dashi is a vegan Japanese broth, rich in umami, used as a base for soups, sauces and stews. This animal-free version combines soy, mirin, dried mushrooms and seaweed extracts for an authentic taste.

Directions for use

Because dashi is concentrated, it is recommended to dilute it before use. For a balanced flavor, mix 1 part concentrate with 4 parts water . You can adjust the concentration to your taste. Ideal for soups, sauces, noodles, or stews.
