In a large pot, bring a large amount of water to a boil. (About 1 liter of water per serving of noodles is recommended.) Once the water is boiling, add the noodles, separating them well.
- Cook the noodles, stirring with chopsticks to prevent them from sticking together. The recommended cooking time is 4 to 5 minutes.
- Take 2 to 3 noodles to check for doneness, then turn off the heat depending on the desired firmness.
- Immediately drain the cooked noodles using a colander, then quickly rinse them under running water while rubbing them lightly with your hands to cool them thoroughly.
