To enhance this iconic fish, the brewery has developed a unique Japanese sake: a sake specially designed to accompany salmon. Made from a blend of several junmai sakes, it boasts balanced acidity and a high amino acid content, intensifying the salmon's umami flavor while neutralizing the richness of its fat.
