Konjac has been widely used in Japanese cuisine for over 2,000 years. It has no particular taste and absorbs the flavor of the food it is cooked with.

1. you have to remove the konjac vermicelli from the bag
2. drain
3. Rinse with cold water (to remove their odor)
4. 1 minute in boiling water
5. Rinse with cold water again
6. Drain

Then you can either eat them directly in a salad for example, or cook them in any type of dish (fondue, stir-fry, etc.)
