Junmaishu Kaga no Tsuki Hantsuki

While retaining the rustic and authentic flavor of rice, this sake is distinguished by its lightness, without heaviness in the mouth. It offers a subtle fragrance, a delicately mellow taste, and leaves a pleasant lingering sensation on the palate. This sake won the highest gold medal in the “affordable sake” category at the 2014 National Hot Sake Competition.
