Junmai Kuroobi Yuyu

A blend of junmai ginjo and junmai, this dry sake offers a full umami flavor with a clean and frank finish. A long maturation in the cellar allows for a dry taste without any astringency. When enjoyed hot, its sweetness and flavors diffuse further. Awarded a gold medal at the Kura Master competition.
