Konbu Shime Yo Konbu

This kombu for konbu-jime is ideal for preparing sashimi, fresh fish, or seasonal vegetables such as wild plants (sansai). Place your ingredients between the kombu leaves for about 24 hours in the refrigerator : the natural glutamate in the kombu and the inosinate in the fish combine to intensify the flavor and create an exceptional umami taste.

Directions for use
